What NiskuHelp collects, why we hold it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

01Who is responsible for your data
NiskuHelp, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Anything on this page reaches a person at niskuhelp@gmail.com or .
02What we collect
For an account: your name, mobile number and (if you give it) your email and photo. For a booking: the services you chose, the address where the work is, the slot, and any note you add. Your location, only when you allow it, to show the professionals nearest to you.
03What the professional sees
Only what the job needs: your name, the services, the slot, the address and your note — and, once they accept, a way to reach you through the app's chat or call. They do not see your other bookings.
04Why we hold it
To match you with a professional, to run the booking, chat and calls, to send booking updates, to resolve a complaint, and to keep the records the law requires us to keep.
05Location
The app reads your location on your phone to sort professionals by distance. Professionals are shown by area (a locality), never by a street address.
06Marketing, and how to stop it
We only send offers to people who asked for them. Booking messages keep coming, because you need those.
07How long we keep it
Booking records are kept as long as tax and consumer law requires. Everything else — your account, saved addresses, chats — is deleted when you ask, or when you delete your profile in the app.
08Your rights
Write to niskuhelp@gmail.com and you can ask for a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion of your account and its data. We reply within a few working days and we do not ask you for a reason.
Still not sure?
Ask us before you buy — it is quicker than a return, and a person answers.
